Referral Program Rules and Offer

Objective: To reward individuals who successfully refer Jonas Gavelis to a job or contract opportunity that meets the following criteria:

1. The referred job or contract must be for IT product management or IT project management roles or similar.
2. The job or contract must have an hourly rate equal to or exceeding $80 per hour.
3. It should involve a commitment of at least 35 hours per week.
4. The job or contract should have a minimum duration of three months.

Referral Reward: A referral reward of $2000 will be paid to the person who successfully refers Jonas Gavelis to a qualifying job or contract opportunity.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility: This referral program is open to anyone, including friends, colleagues, and acquaintances, except for Jonas Gavelis and his immediate family members.
2. Qualifying Referrals: A referral is considered successful and eligible for the reward if the referred job or contract meets all the criteria mentioned above.

6. Refund Policy: If it is found that the referral was made with false or misleading information, or if the referred job or contract does not meet the criteria, no reward will be paid.
7. Limitations: There is no limit to the number of referrals one can make. However, Jonas Gavelis reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
8. Disputes: Any disputes or questions about the referral program should be directed to Jonas Gavelis through the provided contact email.
